  • miscellaneous vegetable oil, flour and eggs (as called for on cake mix box)
  • 1 egg additional
  • 1/2 cup strawberries frozen, slightly thawed

  • 12 ounces whipped topping tub
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen, slightly thawed
  • strawberries Fresh, washed

Directions

    Puree 1 cup of frozen strawberries.

    Mix whipped topping and pureed strawberries with a spatula until well blended.

    Spread generously over the top of the cupcakes and garnish each cupcake with a fresh strawberry.
