Ingredients: 1 box white cake mix of your favorite; miscellaneous vegetable oil, flour and eggs (as called for on cake mix box); 1 egg additional; 1/2 cup strawberries frozen, slightly thawed; equipment; 12 ounces whipped topping tub; 1 cup strawberries frozen, slightly thawed; strawberries Fresh, washed

1/2 cup strawberries frozen, slightly thawed

12 ounces whipped topping tub
1 cup strawberries frozen, slightly thawed
strawberries Fresh, washed

Directions

Puree 1 cup of frozen strawberries.

Mix whipped topping and pureed strawberries with a spatula until well blended.

Spread generously over the top of the cupcakes and garnish each cupcake with a fresh strawberry.
