  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 18 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 large pkg. frozen strawberries
