Strawberry Lemon Cooler

  • 750 g strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1.5 litres mineral water, lemonade or Champagne
  • None None edible flowers, to decorate

Directions

    Toss strawberries with lemon juice and sugar. Set aside to macerate for 1 hour.

    Transfer to a punch bowl filled with ice. Top with mineral water and decorate with edible flowers.
