Strawberry Mango Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mangos diced, frozen are fine
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen are fine
  • 9 inches pie pre-made piecrust
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup toffee

Directions

    Pre-heat oven at 425 degrees.

    In a bowl mix the flour, agave nectar, and toffee chocolate syrup together. Add the mangos & strawberries into the mixture. Let this sit for about 5 minutes.

    Scoop this into pie crust. I chose to cut out the Pi symbol to appease my inner nerd =) You can either cover this with a thin layer of piecrust, graham cracker crumbs or lattice piecrust.

    Stick in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. I left mine a little longer & the piecrust corner got a little more crispy than I'd like.
