  • 2 pints fresh
  • strawberries, pureed ( 2 cups)
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 C whipping cream
  • Whole strawberries

Directions

    Combine puree and sugar in medium bowl. Soften gelatin in lemon juice, dissolve over hot water. Stir in puree.

    Beat egg whites until gamy and add to puree. Place mixture in freezer.

    When partially frozen, beat in blender until pale pink.

    Whip 1 cup cream and fold into berry mix 'Place into dishes, refrigerate at least 2h

    Top with whole strawberries
