  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. Jell-O
  • strawberries
  • pie shell, cooked or graham cracker crumbs

    Mix cornstarch with water; stir well.

    Add Jell-O and sugar. Cook until thick.

    Cool.

    Place strawberries (whole or sliced) in pie shell.

    Pour Jell-O mixture over strawberries.

    Chill.

    Serve with Cool Whip on top.
