  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Bake pie crust 10 minutes at 350°.

    Set aside to cool.

    Mix first 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Add strawberry jello and mix thoroughly. Place berries in pie crust with stem end down.

    Pour mixture over berries.

    Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
