  • 1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 quart strawberries
  • 1 ctn. Cool Whip
  • 1 pie crust, baked

Directions

    Combine Jello and boiling water; add sugar and cornstarch and boil 1 minute.

    Let cool.

    Slice strawberries into a baked pie crust.

    Cover with cooled syrup.

    Chill and serve with Cool Whip. Serves 6.
