  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 large strawberry jello
  • fresh strawberries
  • baked pie crust or graham cracker crust, cooled

Directions

    Bring water, cornstarch and sugar to a boil until clear and thickened.

    Stir well.

    Add strawberry jello and pour enough mixture to cover bottom of crust.

    Add fresh strawberries and pour rest of mixture over berries.

    Chill.

    Top with Cool Whip.
