  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 3/4 c. shredded coconut

Directions

    Mix together whipped topping, dry pudding and strawberries. Stir until well blended and the pudding mix is fully dissolved. Pour into pie crust and garnish with coconut.

    Chill 1 hour.
