  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 pie shell, baked
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Blend sugar, salt, cornstarch and boiling water; cook until thick. Remove from heat and cool. Add jello and strawberries. When it begins to jell, pour into baked pie shell. Top with cool whip.
