  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-UP
  • red food coloring (few drops)
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries

Directions

    Mix sugar, cornstarch and 7-Up together; add food coloring. Cook until thick; let cool.

    Add fresh strawberries and pour into baked pie shell.

    Top with Cool Whip before serving.

    Makes 2 pies.
