  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 baked pie shells or 2 (8-inch) pies
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Bring sugar, jello, cornstarch and water to boil; boil for 10 minutes.

    Cool.

    Place sliced and washed berries in baked pie shell.

    Pour filling over berries.

    Cool in refrigerator.

    Serve with whipped cream.
