  • 1/8 c. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 small box strawberry jello
  • baked pie shell
  • 4 c. sliced strawberries

    Mix sugar, cornstarch and water and boil until clear.

    Remove. Add jello and stir.

    Place strawberries in pie shell and pour hot mixture over pie.

    Refrigerate.
