Strawberry Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 pkg. frozen strawberries

Directions

    Mix water and milk; bring to boil.

    Add rice and cook on low heat until done, about 20 minutes.

    Drain excess water and add sugar and vanilla; let cool.

    Mix whipped cream and strawberries, add to rice.

    Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
