- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 pt. sugar-free strawberry ice cream
- assorted fruit (kiwi, strawberries and bananas)

1Crumble cookies (mix margarine and cookie crusts); press into bottom of 9-inch pie plate.

2Spread softened ice cream over crust. Cover and freeze until firm.
