Strawmellows

Directions

   Wash the strawberries.

   With a knife cut a hole in the strawberry around the stalk so the stalk comes out and there is a hollow in the middle.

   Stuff 2 marshmallows into each strawberry.

   Push a skewer through the strawberries so the marshmallow is held in place.

   Hold over the barbecue for 1-2 minutes per side or until the marshmallow starts to melt.

   Take off the barbecue and eat it how you like.
