  • 1 qt. string beans
  • 1 small can English peas
  • chopped onions and celery
  • chopped green and red bell pepper
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Open the beans in half, so seasoning will go through.

    Salt to taste (garlic salt).

    Combine in bowl, cover, let stand in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours, drain and serve.
