Ingredients
- 2 new york strip steaks, trimmed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 stick fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp capers, rinsed
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Directions

1Season steak on both sides.

2Heat a pan then add oil and swirl around.

3Add state to the pan then cook each side for 3 to 5 minutes or until a nice sear is present.

4Add garlic, rosemary and butter to the pan.

5Once butter is melted, tilt pan and begin to baste the steaks while they cook for another 1-2 minutes.

6Remove steak from the pan and let rest for about 10 minutes.

7Mix all the garnish ingredients in a bowl.

8Slice and serve steaks with garnish on top.
