- 1 artichoke
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. oil
- salt, pepper and parsley to taste
Directions

1Mix together bread crumbs, Romano cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper by rubbing in hands.

2Cut tops and bottom from artichoke and turn upside down.

3Mash lightly to open leaves. Fill each leaf from outside in by using the top of each leaf.

4Pour oil over stuffed piece.

5Steam in covered pot in a little water 45 minutes or longer. Done when leaf pulls off easily.
