- 1 pkg. pizza dough
- 1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
- sprinkle of salt and pepper
- margarine
- 1 pkg. hard salami
- 1 egg yolk
- sprinkle Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Roll the dough out lengthwise until it looks like a flat loaf of Italian bread, but twice as wide.

2Down the center of dough spread a little margarine and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

3Place a row of salami down the center, longways, then place a row of Swiss cheese on top of salami.

4Fold the dough in half, pressing the sides together tightly.

5Now you can become creative. Shape the dough into a ring, leave it long, like a loaf of bread or just give it a little twist, so it will look like a loaf of Italian bread.

6Bake at 400° until golden brown.

7Brush on egg and bake for a few minutes more.
