  • 12 whole Bakery Hard Rolls
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped Finely
  • 1 can (small 6 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    Cut a small piece off the end off the hard rolls and scoop out the insides (easier than it sounds).

    Place the bread from the insides of the rolls in a large mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients.

    Mix with your mixer.

    Stuff the buns with the mixture.

    Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray, and bake at 300 degrees for one hour.

    When I made it when my kids were growing up, I stuffed the buns a little fuller and made about 8 of them instead of 12.
