- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1In boiling water to cover, cook cabbage for about 5 minutes, or until leaves become pliable.
