Stuffed Chicken Roll-Ups

- 1 pkg. chicken cutlets, sliced thin
- 1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 4 oz. white wine
Directions

1Make stuffing as per directions on bag.

2Add raisins to stuffing mixture.

3Place stuffing in center of each chicken cutlet and roll up.

4Fasten with toothpick or lay seam-side down in baking dish.

5Heat mushroom soup and wine until well mixed.

6Pour over chicken breasts.

7Cover dish with foil.
-
8Bake at 350°
-
9for 45 minutes.

10Sauce is wonderful over rice or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
