Ingredients

  • 1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed thoroughly
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 bottle olives, sliced thin (optional)
  • 1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in a large bowl; mix well.

    Add other ingredients and stir until all is covered with juice.

    Cover and keep in refrigerator at least 24 hours.

    Will keep for at least 1 month.
