- 1 bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 bottle olives, sliced thin (optional)
- 1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in a large bowl; mix well.

2Add other ingredients and stir until all is covered with juice.

3Cover and keep in refrigerator at least 24 hours.

4Will keep for at least 1 month.
