Stuffed Cucumbers

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham

Directions

    Peel cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise.

    Scoop out seeds. Combine cream cheese and deviled ham; beat until smooth. Spoon into cucumber halves. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Cut each cucumber half in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into quarters. Chill.
