  • 2/3 c. wild rice or a pkg. wild rice and white rice mixture
  • 4 heads Belgian endive
  • 1/2 c. golden raisins
  • 1/3 c. pine nuts, chopped and toasted
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Prepare wild rice according to directions.

    Chill.

    Separate endive leaves.

    Combine the rice, raisins, pine nuts, mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder; mix well.
