- 8 fillets of flounder
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced or powdered
- 2 tsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In frying pan cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter until onions are lightly browned.

2Add oregano, parsley and lemon juice.

3Lay fillets flat in baking dish (closely fit).

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Divide stuffing into 4 equal parts and lay over fillets.

6Place 4 other fillets on top and sprinkle with additional lemon juice and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
