- ham (10 thin slices)
- 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. plain flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- paprika
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine spinach, stuffing and sour cream.

3Spread 1/4 cup mixture down center of each ham slice. Roll up and place seam side down in single layer in greased 12 x 8 x 1 1/2 baking dish.

4Melt butter; blend in flour and gradually add milk.

5Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened.

6Add Cheddar cheese, stirring until cheese melts.

7Pour over ham. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese.

8Cover and bake in oven 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

9Serve hot with sauce spooned over rolls.
