Stuffed Jalapenos(Appetizer)

  • 2 jars Trappey's whole jalapeno peppers
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 bunch chopped shallots

Directions

    Drain peppers and slice in half lengthwise; take seeds out. Soften cream cheese in microwave; mix in other ingredients.

    Stuff each pepper half.

    Place on baking sheet and put in a 350° until the cheese melts.

    Great with before dinner drinks!
