  • 1 cream cheese pkt, 8 oz
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 salt
  • 3 tablespoons macadamia nuts Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons crystalized ginger Chopped

    In small bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese with sherry and salt until mixture is smooth.
