  • 1 box Manicotti shells, partially cooked and drained
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Italian Sausage links
  • 26 oz. jar Hunt's Traditional Pasta Sauce

    Begin by removing casings from sausage. Place in frying pan with 1 tsp. olive oil and 1/2 tsp. fresh garlic. cook until done. Place in food processor until chopped to desire consistency. In a mixing bowl, combine cheeses, eggs, spices, and sausage. Using a knife, stuff manicotti shells with mixture. Layer a 13 oz. baking dish with pasta sauce. Lay shells in dish and cover with additional pasta sauce. Add a splash of water over the top of the dish. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until pasta shells are soft.
