  • 2 c. dry stuffing mix
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 (4 oz.) beef round minute steaks
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Combine stuffing mix and green pepper in bowl.

    Add mixture of hot water and margarine; mix well.

    Spoon 1/2 cup onto each steak. Roll to enclose filling; secure with toothpicks.

    Place in shallow baking pan.

    Pour mixture of honey and soy sauce over top. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
