- 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pork sausage
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms.

2Chop stems.

3Set caps and stems aside.

4Over medium heat, cook sausage until brown.

5Save two tablespoons of drippings from sausage; drain the rest.

6Finely chop the sausage.

7Cook stems in drippings; stir frequently. Remove from heat; stir in sausage, cheese and bread crumbs.

8Fill caps.

9Bake 15 minutes at 450°.
