- 20 large mushrooms
- 1 pkg. stuffing mix (herb or chicken flavor)
- 6 green onions
- 1/2 lb. Boars Head sharp Cheddar cheese (white), grated
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms to hollow the caps.

2Chop the stems and green onions and saute in olive oil.

3Mix stuffing mix according to package directions and add to sauteed mixture.

4Fill mushroom caps with all the mixture; top with cheese and bake at 375° until cheese is melted.

5Serve piping hot.
