- 8 large mushrooms
- 1/2 c. green onion, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Clean mushrooms, remove and chop stems.

2Reserve mushroom caps.

3Place chopped stems, green onions and butter in 1-quart microwave safe casserole.

4Cook, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes on High. Stir halfway through.

5Mix in bread crumbs and parsley flakes. Stuff each mushroom cap and arrange in circle on paper towel-lined paper plate.

6Cover with wax paper and microwave 1 to 2 minutes on High.
