Ingredients

  • 16 large fresh mushrooms
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Wash mushrooms; remove stems and chop stems.

    Place caps in shallow greased casserole.

    Fry bacon until crisp.

    Remove bacon pieces; drain and chop fine.

    Saute mushroom stems and onions until onions are tender.

    Drain.

    Combine remaining ingredients with stems and onions.

    Spoon into caps.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
