- 16 large fresh mushrooms
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Wash mushrooms; remove stems and chop stems.

2Place caps in shallow greased casserole.

3Fry bacon until crisp.

4Remove bacon pieces; drain and chop fine.

5Saute mushroom stems and onions until onions are tender.

6Drain.

7Combine remaining ingredients with stems and onions.

8Spoon into caps.

9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

10Will serve 6.
