- 14 oz. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. cooked mushrooms, minced
- 6 green peppers (medium)
- 8 oz. tomato juice
- dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except tomato juice and peppers in a bowl. You may wish to add a little water to make mixture easier to handle.

2Divide into 6 parts.

3Wash peppers and remove tops and seeds.

4Soften by dropping into boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove and fill with meat mixture and

5place in shallow baking dish.

6Pour tomato juice over peppers and bake until tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
