- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 lb. hamburger or turkey
- dash of red pepper
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- salt to taste
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Cut peppers in half and boil 5 minutes.

2Drain and place in baking pan.

3Brown meat; drain and add chopped onion, red pepper, stewed tomatoes, salt and cooked rice.

4Stuff mixture in bell peppers.

5Melt butter; add flour and milk.

6Heat until thick.

7Add cheese and heat until melted.

8Pour over peppers.

9Cover with foil and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
