- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 (5.5 fluid oz.) can V-8 juice
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. Quick Quaker oats
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 medium sized bell peppers, cut the tops and core the inside
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix sausage, garlic, hamburger, V-8 juice, rice and oats.

2Stuff the peppers with the mix.

3Place peppers in a casserole dish.

4Pour can of tomatoes over the peppers.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Serve the peppers with 2 cups of cooked rice.
