- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
- 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds.

2Mix raw beef, chopped onion, uncooked rice, salt, pepper, garlic, 1/2 can of soup, egg and water.

3Arrange peppers snugly in 3-quart casserole. Stuff with mixture; top with remaining soup.
