- 5 to 6 peppers
- 3/4 c. uncooked brown rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
Directions

1Remove tops and seeds from peppers.

2In a skillet brown beef and onions.

3In a large kettle bring water to a boil.

4Cook for 5 minutes.

5Remove and drain.

6Cook rice according to package.

7Drain drippings off of hamburger and add tomato sauce, herbs, salt and pepper.

8Cook 5 minutes.

9Stir in rice.
