- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 3/4 cups Shredded Cheese

4Hollow out bell peppers, removing seeds and membranes; rinse.

5If desired, cook peppers in boiling water.

7Cook beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat for 8 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is brown; drain.
