- 4 medium green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
- 1/4 c. Heinz tomato sauce
Directions

1Slice stem ends from peppers and scoop out seeds.

2Blanch in boiling salted water 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients. Stuff peppers.

3Arrange in greased baking dish. Top with extra 57 sauce, if desired. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is cooked.
