- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Place all ingredients, except cheese, in food processor; process with on/off turns until smooth.

2Stir in cheese.

3Serve pesto over cooked pasta; use as dressing for potato salad.
