- 2 medium apples
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 2 small onions
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Chop apples with peel on and mix with chopped onion, celery and seasonings.

2Stuff chops and place in baking dish.

3Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sage.

4Cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

5Remove cover and brown.
