  • 6 medium Idaho potatoes, baked and halved
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • paprika to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped ham

Directions

    Hollow out potatoes, leaving shells intact.

    Combine inside potatoes with remaining ingredients.

    Return mixture to shells. Sprinkle additional cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes at 375° or until cheese is melted.
