Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 whole, diced onion
  • 2 minced cloves garlic
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box large shells

Directions

    Boil shells; drain.

    Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Take off.
  3. 3
    Add egg, bread crumbs and Mozzarella cheese.

    Add salt and pepper, if you like. Pour 1/4 cup of Ragu in bottom of baking dish.

    Stuff each shell with meat mixture.

    Place in baking dish. Pour remaining Ragu over the shells.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

    Cover dish.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    These can be made ahead and refrigerated.
