Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 whole, diced onion
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 box large shells
Directions

1Boil shells; drain.

2Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Take off.

3Add egg, bread crumbs and Mozzarella cheese.

4Add salt and pepper, if you like. Pour 1/4 cup of Ragu in bottom of baking dish.

5Stuff each shell with meat mixture.

6Place in baking dish. Pour remaining Ragu over the shells.

7Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

8Cover dish.

9Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

10These can be made ahead and refrigerated.
