  • 15 oz. Ricotta
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
  • 12 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. giant shells
  • 1 to 2 qt. tomato sauce of your choice
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles until tender but still firm.

    Rinse in cold water.

    Mix Ricotta, egg, salt, pepper and parsley.

    Add Mozzarella and Cheddar.

    Pour enough sauce in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan to cover.

    Fill shells with

    cheese mixture.

    Place in pan.

    Cover with remaining sauce.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes, covered.

    Uncover and bake 5 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
