- 15 oz. Ricotta
- 16 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
- 12 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. giant shells
- 1 to 2 qt. tomato sauce of your choice
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles until tender but still firm.

2Rinse in cold water.

3Mix Ricotta, egg, salt, pepper and parsley.

4Add Mozzarella and Cheddar.

5Pour enough sauce in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan to cover.

6Fill shells with

7cheese mixture.

8Place in pan.

9Cover with remaining sauce.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes, covered.

11Uncover and bake 5 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
