- 2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 whole Onion
- 4 whole Diced Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cups Shredded Cheese
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375F.

2Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

3Layer 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, onion, mushroom, and 1/2 butter in one half of the squash, then cover with more breadcrumbs.

4Repeat with other squash half.

5Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30-40 minutes.
