  • 1 whole Stuffing Squash
  • 2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 whole Onion
  • 4 whole Diced Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Cheese

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 375F.

    Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

    Layer 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, onion, mushroom, and 1/2 butter in one half of the squash, then cover with more breadcrumbs.

    Repeat with other squash half.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30-40 minutes.
